• ALL SPECIAL ORDER PARTS ARE NON RETURNABLE.
• A copy of the invoice will need to be included with the return.
• All acceptable returns must be in the original Nissan packaging.
• All cores must be in original packaging.
• All special order, electrical, and fuel system parts are non-refundable.
• Freight is non-refundable
• There will be a 20% restocking fee for all items deemed returnable.
• No refunds after 15 days.
• We re not responsible for any labor on any parts not installed by Central Houston Nissan.
• All powertrain related purchases have to be programmed by a Nissan dealer for warranty to be valid.

Cancellation Policy

• An order or a portion of an order may be cancelled up until 3 PM the same day the order is placed.
